Prices exclude VAT. What gets added depends on your company address: 19% in Germany, reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid VAT number, and no VAT outside the EU.

Archive, 15 euro per month

Your duty outlasts your subscription. A machine you sold in 2029 may still need its documentation in the 2040s, long after you have stopped publishing new models. So cancelling does not take your published addresses down: they move to a read-only archive plan at 15 euro a month. You cannot publish anything new, nothing already published is removed, and downloading your files stays free.

Questions worth asking

When is this worth paying for?
When you represent more than one manufacturer, or when you can picture being asked in 2037 to prove exactly what was published and when. Putting a PDF online is free. Producing that evidence a decade later, from a website that has been rebuilt three times since, is not. For scale: having one 12,000 word manual translated into two languages starts around 2,880 euro at agency rates, and that is before anybody has kept it online for ten years.
What happens if Everplate disappears?
On Pro and above your manuals are served from a domain you own, so you repoint the DNS and the same URLs keep answering. A complete export of every file and every record is available on every plan at any time, ready to host anywhere.
Is anything ever deleted?
No. A published version and its revisions are write-once. A correction is added as a new revision, and the revision it replaced stays readable with its original date and checksum.
Does going digital mean no more paper at all?
No, and this is the part most summaries get wrong. Two paper duties survive. If a buyer asks for the instructions on paper at the time of purchase, they have to be provided free of charge within one month. And for machinery intended for non-professional users, or that non-professional users could reasonably end up using, the safety information essential to putting it into service and using it safely has to be supplied on paper regardless of whether anybody asks. Digital delivery replaces the default, not those two.
