Oussama Bentaib, at the address above. This covers the explanatory pages about Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 published on this site.

Point of contact under the Digital Services Act

Everplate stores and publishes documents supplied by its customers, which makes it a hosting service within the meaning of Article 3(g)(iii) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services may contact us under Article 11, and users of the service may contact us under Article 12, at hello@everplate.io. What Everplate is and is not

Everplate hosts documentation and keeps it retrievable. It does not write documentation, translate it, or assess whether a machine conforms to anything. We are not a manufacturer, importer or authorised representative of any machinery, we are not a notified body, and we perform no conformity assessment.

Nothing published on this site is legal advice. The duties under Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 fall on the manufacturer, the importer and the authorised representative. They decide what their machines require, and they remain responsible for the content and accuracy of everything they publish through Everplate.

Consumer dispute resolution

Everplate is sold to businesses, specifically to importers, authorised representatives and manufacturers of professional machinery. We are neither obliged under § 36 VSBG nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform has been shut down and no longer exists, so this notice does not link to it.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, in accordance with § 7 Abs. 1 DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in that respect arises only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Where we become aware of such an infringement, we remove the content without delay.

Content published by customers

Manuals, declarations and other files published through Everplate are the content of our customers. We do not claim any rights in them, we do not review them before publication, and we do not vouch for their accuracy or completeness. If you believe that something published through Everplate is unlawful, write to hello@everplate.io with the address of the page and an explanation, and we will act on it.

Liability for links

This site links to external websites whose content we do not control, including EUR-Lex and the official texts of EU legislation. Responsibility for the content of a linked page always rests with its provider or operator. The linked pages were checked for apparent infringements at the time the link was made, and no unlawful content was recognisable. Permanent monitoring of linked pages without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable. Where we become aware of an infringement, we remove the link without delay.

Reproduction, adaptation, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require our written consent. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non commercial use. Quotations from Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 and from other EU legislation are reproduced from the official text and are not covered by copyright under § 5 UrhG. Where content on this site was not created by us, third party rights are respected and such content is marked as third party content. If you nevertheless notice an infringement, please tell us and we will remove the content without delay.
